    Adhika's practice is mainly focused in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, financing, as well as restructuring. He covers a broad range of industry sectors including retail, restaurant, healthcare, insurance, capital market, real estate, and natural resources.

    Adhika's many transactions during his tenure with Oentoeng Suria and Partners, Ashurst's associated firm in Indonesia, involve various business sectors. His more recent deals involved an initial public offering of a retail company engaged in the business of health and beauty; a loan to equity investment in a real estate/properties group company; and an investment into a human resources business company in Indonesia.
