She has been in practice since 1996, during which time she has advised clients from various industries in numerous types of multinational transactions.
Ipop was previously based in Singapore for nine years, working with major international law firms (lastly to coordinate its Indonesian Practice) and prior to that with a prominent law firm in Jakarta.
Ipop also has broad experience in assignments relating to mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, financing, the energy sector, natural resources, and capital markets in Indonesia.
